Welcome to Levana. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Levana mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Levana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Age Requirement
Levana is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of the content you post on Levana. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Levana and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Community Guidelines
Levana is a community for convention-goers, cosplayers, and anime character roleplayers. We expect all users to:
- Be respectful and supportive of fellow community members
- Provide constructive feedback when commenting on others' work
- Respect the intellectual property rights of creators
- Refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content
- Report violations of these guidelines to our moderation team
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Levana is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
